You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Connectedwonder Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Email contact@connectedwonder.living and include:
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
